About Me
Passionate Reiki Master and Coach
I am a Certified SOEA Feminine Embodiment Coach and Reiki Master (Usui & Tibetan) and practioner of Holy Fire III Reiki. I have a passion and desire for helping people find happiness and well-being. I also have a strong desire for helping women to journey into their bodies to find liberation & their own sovereignty. I plan on helping them find their inner voice, release frozen tension, liberate constricting roles, and learn to live in the magical flow and truth within their bodies.
I have studied women’s roles throughout history and various cultures as part of my B.S. in Anthropology and my minor in history and various classes in Sociology. I have much experience myself with mindfulness, meditation, and embodiment throughout my life. My life of liberating and learning from my experiences such as unfreezing tension, learning to live more embodied, and liberating various other cultural, religious, and family roles, has made me into the wonderful, passionate, brave, and strong woman I am today, with a love and desire to do embodiment coaching.
My ability to relate to many situations, and my wonderful ability to listen and truly hear what someone has to say, is one of my greatest strengths. I am also certified in Energy Medicine, a practitioner of Mindfulness, Meditation, and Crystal therapy. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you.
